I have been making a few burgage plots without backyard extensions. This helps insure that there are always a couple of families that can not be assigned to a craft or trade…meaning always available for construction or other activities. If a family becomes a tailor they are no longer able to contribute to other activities.

23:43 yeh so thats why i stopped autoresolving sieges. kinda a bit too cheesy. btw still do it, please not cheesing like that in the early stages of forming your empire is really really stupid. cause you will have 3 fights for survival of your empire per like....week, no kidding, you see a 2000 unit death stack and just think to yourself "another one" : to avoid it, either fight siege battles manually (cause hot damn autoresolve is too stronk there) or out on the field once enough guys died to sieging the castle and you have pariety of numbers or quality.

TW still hasn’t fixed the bug where when you leave the kingdom the former kingdom will keep your banner and color no matter what. I’m glad you are branching out, this game still has a lot of potential but it will never blow up as it should due to the base game being so bare bones!

I have a 1.4k city and it's a complete mess.... =)) Only 5 lv 3 burgage plot, zero road logic, zero positioning logic, i run out of wild animals/berries(yep, after like 40+ years i had too many to collect them that they shrunk until they disappeared completely... xd ), have no deposits anywhere on the map, climate is set to harsh and productivity in recolt is always on minus, I also have a pretty infertile region, I have only a tiny bit of forest left and run out of firewood every year, the only simple setting I put is that other governors will not claim my territory, but i still have no army at all, like literally zero, cuz yeah remember (in early i used up all mine until zero and sold all of them), and now i dont even have money to buy anything like that, i literally import like 2k firewood every year, food is a second priority at this point, ppl dont get as mad as freezing to death. ... =)) / Soo yeah, it sounds bad, but I will say this village is a literal miracle "for still surviving like that on the edge for no less than 71 years - and still going" / You ask how? Well, I have 35 taverns and over half of my imports are ale and I also have 20 church and donate 75% of the food to them, soo the entertainment and church lever satisfly all needs, how can ppl get mad over trivial things like hunger or that I take 60% taxes.... naah, never dropped 50% I like past 30 years! So, let us pour another beer and forget about it all! xd

Is it possible to play the game wanting to make the city look good and natural? It just seems like how the game works you need to min-max to get anything done.

My oxen working on farms are always on the tism scale, going in fuckin circles and wasting time.

You made me think of something. I think the market place bug is when you delete plots while you are building others. I think the market places loses count of the total plots and this and starts spewing sub 100% numbers and a total delete and rebuild of the market place is what resets the plot count correct. And thus fixes the problem.

I’m not trying to be that guy, but I think the game is far too easy. Fix the trade because there isn’t a challenge right now

Bro the market stall explanation is already over the top.. like i would not have thought to do any of the things youre talking about. I thought I set up a single giant market and everyone set up there. I hope they do a better job with explaining the mechanics of this game... also after the last update all the clay resources end up being on a mountain and are "too steep" to build on, which really sucks after you realize you wasted an hour and a half before trying to get your churh to the next level

So the only way to have an unit fully equipped with mail armor is to have all plots at level 3 or destroy all level 1 and 2 plots LOOL that's some next level GG xD

Has anyone else notices that there is a delay on buying miltants?

I think the perk points need an overhaul more than anything. Obviously there are loads yet to be done but some should be staples of the game like using oxen to plow fields. Stuff that it doesn't make sense that the villagers can't do. Upgrades should be upgrades not missing core things. And the trade one? Reducing costs of buying stuff from in some cases 11 to 1? Huge, way too much, hope the balances keep coming.

I currently have 60hrs in Manor Lords and I have a couple of questions: 1. Some of my food isnt being sold in the market even though the granary is directly across the street. Like, i have 15 burgage plots, 600+ vegetables, but only 9 is reaching the market. 2. During the end game, my market keeps getting filled with empty stalls, pretty soon the workers will demand more market spaces. Do i have to keep demolishing the empty stalls or am i doing something wrong? 3. On a different save, i was trying to get the "The Merchant" achievement, the land had terrible fertility so i had to resort to honey and trading. I also got the foreign supplies perk just so i have a steady supply of bread, but once i built it, it would only store 5 bread and be permanently abandoned. Is this a bug?

Wait, did you just say shoes and clothing don't get used? Does that mean burgage plots don't actually consume clothing?
